职位描述：
工作职责：
1、对数据中心服务器、存储、备份等设备进行日常管理，保障服务稳定及安全可用；
2、负责服务器网络安全和数据安全的保障工作；
3、研究数据中心基础设施架构,实施架构优化和性能改进工作；
4、根据需求完成服务器/存储设备软硬件平台搭建/维护/故障排除；
5、负责服务器虚拟化的部署、管理与维护；
6、根据需求完成NT账号、邮件账号等权限日常管理与维护；
7、协助部署、监控应用、数据库的日常运行；
8、完成主管交办其它事项。
任职要求：
1.大学本科或以上学历，5年以上工作经验，其中系统领域至少3年以上工作经验。
2.精通Windows Server，Linux等操作系统，对Windows、Linux具备丰富的使用和维护经验；
3.熟悉VMware虚拟化的部署，管理和维护；
4.熟悉主流的存储系统和备份软件系统；
5.熟悉主流数据库技术（MS SQL Server等）；
6.了解云计算概念、架构，了解云计算发展现状及趋势；
7. 熟悉网络相关知识，了解主流CISCO网络设备；
8.具备较强的学习能力，良好的沟通、规划、管理能力和强烈的责任心，良好的团队合作意识； 举报 分享
