职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities:
- Preparing the Financial Reports based on PRC for local authorities and Chinese partner
准备中方财务报告。
- Control on credit lines, working closely with sales team and customer to evaluate credit risk of business model and business strategies and take appropriate action to mitigate our credit risks while supporting revenue growth
信用控制，与销售和客户密切联系，评价信用风险、交易模式和买卖策略以减小与税收有关的信用风险。
- Bookkeeping of collection (Cash, Cash in Bank and Notes Receivable)
做收款的记账（现金、银行存款及应收票据）。
- Collection for AR, working with the sales team to drop the DSO in the respective region.
应收款征收，与销售一起降低应收帐款的周转天数。
- Issuing of VAT invoice and/or Common invoice
开具增值税发票或通用发票。
- Following up any overdue AR in the respective region, and take action to any delinquent customers if necessary to reduce the exposure of bad debt.
如果需要对拖欠债务的客户采取必要的行动以降低坏账发生的可能。
- Monthly Ageing Report and other analysis reports
月度帐龄分析和其他分析报告。
- Reconciliation for ICA (Inter-company Current Account ) and 3rd parties;
处理好与关联方和第三方关系。
- Dealing with Tax affairs, including VAT, CIT and other Tax
处理税收事务, 包括月度增值税报税，季度与年度所得税申报，以及其他税务事项
- Management work about foreign exchange
外汇管理。
- Managing the relationships with Banks and Local Authorities
与银行和地方政府机构建立良好的关系。
- Involved in Annual Budget and Rolling Forecast.
参与年度预算和滚动预测。
- Ad-hoc assignments
其他交办工作。
- 定期与上海电气财务等相关职能部门进行工作沟通。

Experience And Training Required Performing Job:
- University bachelor degree in business accounting, finance or related area.
会计、财务等相关专业本科学历。
- At least 5 years relevant experience.
  5年及以上相关工作经历。
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  了解行业、企业的运作和财务系统。。
- Familiar with the finance law and rules of PRC.
  熟悉国家财税法律法规。
- Good command of SAP and Office software.
熟练应用SAP和办公软件。
- Fluent Listening and Speaking English is a plus.
