职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 通过邮件或传真接受客户订单并正确录入JDE系统，查询库存并回复客户订单交期。
2. 按流程安排发货，整理并归档保存订单及订单确认文件。
3. 协调仓库与计划以确保订单按期按量交货。
4. 向客户提供已审批的报价单。
5. 接收，跟进并回复客户的调查资料或投诉；联络相关部门跟进客户调查资料及回复，协助销售安排退货。
6. 周期自查未完成出货的订单情况，协助跟踪库存以避免一些不该延误的订单。
7. 跟进新客户在JDE系统的建档，并定期补充和更新所跟进客户的联系资料。
8. 协助销售管理寄售客户，安排盘点，结算及跟进运行中成本的审批。
9. 协助信用专员跟进相关客户付款情况并通知客户发货情况。
10. 按销售或客户需要提供一些销售相关报表。
11. 及时完成上级要求的其他各项工作。

其他要求：
- 1年相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可
- 良好的英语表达能力
- 熟练使用办公软件
- 较强的分析能力及商业意识
- 良好的人际关系、沟通技巧及服务意识
- 较强的抗压能力
