JOB MISSION:
Responsible for merchandise qualtiy control and compliance with relevant national and industry regulations and standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. According seasonal merchandise order list to select in advance testing scope to ensure swatches arrive and test on time.
2. According merchandise arrive list to organize and coordinate with third party quality inspection laboratory and warehouse for finished goods inspection.
3. Prepare and complete seasonal master data include national and industry regulations and standards; composition and related merchandise information.
4. Support store daily customer complaint about quality issue.
5. Assist logistics manager to manage third party quality inspection laboratory’s performance and cost.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and similar industry is in priority.
2. Proficient in national and industry regulations and standards on luxury merchandise.
3. Good computer skills (MS Office) required, SAP experience is preferred.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. A self-motivated individual with good communication skill.
2. Strong ownership & passion for the brand.
3. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions.
