职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、及时了解政府相关政策，对薪资福利系统做出相应建议，协助设计并不断完善薪酬福利制度；
2、独立负责薪酬数据收集、薪资报表制作及核算、薪资发放等工作；
3、按时完成人工成本、人工费用等相关报表分析工作；
4、负责审定各类员工的薪资标准和奖金发放标准。执行薪资福利政策，确保所有的薪资福利项目符合劳动法；
5、负责定期或不定期的工资调整工作，以及因试用、转正、转岗、升降职、退休和奖励带来的个别员工工资变动；
6、不断完善公司的考核标准、考核办法、考核流程和激励措施；
7、负责制定、调整各部门人员的考核制度和考核指标，并组织实施各项考核；
8、对考核结果进行统计、汇总，并据此提出奖惩意见，经批准后组织实施；
9、为各部门提供薪资福利方面的咨询服务。
任职要求：
1、人力资源管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、3年以上人力资源工作经验，能够独立完成薪资绩效核算工作；
3、熟练使用EXCEL中的VLOOKUP、IF、数据透视表等功能；
4、熟悉国家、地区及企业的薪酬福利管理等方面的法律法规及政策；

Hongjing brought training course for passing uniform CPA Examination in the U.S. and training course for other financial qualifications in 2009. Since 2010, Hongjing has been introducing training course for passing Bar exam in CA and NY state in the U.S. and various medical qualification exams, including United States Medical License Examination (USMLE), National Board Dental Examination (NBDE), National Council Licensing Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN), National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) examinations, North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX), and other professional qualifications.
