Job Description

Eaton Corporation located in Shenzhen has an opening for HR Generalist. The primary function of the position is to provide broad HR generalist support for the PQNA Division including Organization Development initiatives, employee relations projects and issues, compensation initiatives, communication activities and HR measurements.

The essential functions of this position are to:
1. Provide analytical support for a wide variety of programs including employee survey, recruiting, talent management/workforce planning, training initiatives and HR metrics.
2. Act as point person to drive data integrity throughout PQNA.
3. Serve as resource to PQNA HR on reporting and systems use.
4. Coordinate division wide projects and initiatives such as Employee Survey, Merit Planning, Training and Development initiatives

Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements Education:
? Bachelor's degree or above

Work Experience:
? Relevant work experience: 2-3 years

12. Manufacturing experience and previous experience working in a matrix organization a plus
