职位描述：
? Support customer by advising solution and trials in the customer site and/or application labs in Japan, India and Taiwan.
? Support the sales teams to explain the processes and advantages of using alpha's die attach product line (Argomax, Atrox, solder paste, solder preform and Fortibond) to customers
? Help to implement Alpha's die attach offer in the customer factories by solving problems with the machine partners or Alpha’s different teams
? Support the machine partners development as defined in the strategic meeting
? Conduct cost analysis and manufacturing line design for die attach product line implementation in the customer side
? Train sales and technical teams on the different alpha's die attach solutions.
? Help to build technical documentation to explain applications and manufacturing technics
? Carry failure analysis and improvement plans when necessary
? Support R&D product development by checking performance using own machines and/or 3rd party’s.
? Give training to local CTS on die attach application.
? Support sales to achieve their material margin target by providing solution.
? Participates in strategic development of die attach process.
? Responsible for capturing Voice Of Customer input from customers and feed back that input to the company.
? Presents reports on progress to New Business Development (Asia) Director on a periodic basis. 举报 分享
