1、负责公司合同的审查、修订、备案，对各类合同提出法律意见；
2、负责对公司规章制度、流程进行法律审核；
3、组建内控团队，负责公司对外商业活动（包括授权，折让，促销等）的流程审核和跟踪管理；
4、参与公司法律纠纷的调解、仲裁、诉讼准备，维护公司合法权益；
5、参与公司重大项目并做好风险管控。
任职资格：
1、法律专业本科及以上学历，有司法资格证书或同等资历优先考虑；
2、四年以上企业法务合规工作经验优先考虑；
3、有团队管理经验，工作细致认真；
4、良好的沟通协调能力、执行能力及风险规避防范能力；
5、英语良好者优先考虑。
