Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.
Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.

The Campus Recruitment team is responsible for the recruitment of graduates and intern across major cities in China and Hong Kong. We need to ensure our marketing strategy to potential candidates are on or ahead of trend to attract the best talent for PwC.
In keeping with this, the successful candidate will lead, design and review the yearly PwC Campus Recruitment attraction campaign strategy. The strategy will bring to life PwC’s brand as the ‘Employer of Choice’ and create awareness of the vast opportunities PwC has available to students. The role will also be responsible in managing the overall Campus Relationships and the PwC Ambassadors programme. In general, this role focuses on developing multiple talent pipelines through campus events and activities in branding, enabling the attraction of diversed talents.
Responsibilibies:
· reviewing prior year campaign to identify improvement areas for the new year
· delivering and supporting internal and external Campus Recruitment branding and communications plans
· developing social media related initiative across China, Hong Kong and global
· designing various campus activities and producing related material (eg campus talks, online campus talks, firm visits, etc)
· updating and maintaining the Campus Recruitment website to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant to the target audience
· translating business requirements/briefs into campus campaign requirements and integrated content marketing campaigns
· analysing and maintaining target universities and faculties list to ensure business needs are met
· managing the PwC Ambassadors programme for campus engagements and events
· working closely with the other National team members to ensure all messages, processes align and connect where possible to deliver a consistent experience for all stakeholders
· working closely with HC Brand and Communications team on campaign strategy and plans; ensure content is adapted to specific marketing channels while maintaining consistent employer brand messaging across platforms
· providing English and Chinese editorial support on key people communications and content for major people initiatives and campaigns
· leveraging existing and propose new internal and external channels to promote PwC’s employer brand on campus
· coaching and managing a team to help them deliver, develop skills and grow their careers
· keeping up to date with the latest marketing and campaign trends for both the internal and external of the PwC global network
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or business related discipline
· Minimum six years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an MNC or professional services firm
· Minimum 3 years of campus recruitment experience with a solid understand of the process, marketing activities and on-campus relationships
· In depth understanding of the universities and students’ expectations of preferred employers
· Knowledge of business priorities and objectives and the ability to develop commercially focused communications
· Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms ( WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and how to tailor the right channels to the appropriate audience
· Ability to develop strong, focused and relevant messaging that aligns with employer branding; and develop and drive campaigns
· Ability to speak confidently with influence in public
· Training experience preferred but not essential
· A good team player with strong people and time management skills and ability to work independently without supervision
· Ability to communicate and collaborate with impact to peer groups and management. An effective communicator, able to synthesise complex material into digestible formats that can engage our target audience
· Strong analytical and research abilities; able to quickly digest information and produce ideas and content for consultation and execution
· Superior English and Chinese writing and editing skills with close attention to detail, strong simplified Chinese writing skill is essential
· Proficient in MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Word. Experience with using Lotus Notes is desirable
