职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Communicate with vendor and event owner to collect and verify all external payment and post event supporting documents to make sure event payment closing is implemented under the requirement of finance and compliance on time.
? Track and monitor vendor performance of payment completion to meet lead time of payment closing.
? Collecting Actual HCP beneficial data for business analysis needs.
Issue PO to vendor according to event status.
Requirement:
? Diploma or Bachelor Degree
? Customer-oriented, Strong ability of execution and policy enforcing, careful in doc review.
? Strong planning, organizing and documentation skills.
? 3-5 years of related working experience in sales administration, finance or compliance function.
? Good and patient communication.
Good interpersonal skill, Good English skill in reading and writing. 举报 分享
