职位描述：
Job Description
Responsible and held accountable for the performance of all activities related to the purchasing/procurement of Market Research, Healthcare Economics, Marketing Consulting & Market Access, Sales promotions services for all Sanofi Greater China Locations (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). Direct report to head of regional procurement Asia & JPAC located in South Korea.

? Procurement category experience in Primary, Secondary research, sales promotions services, market access in pharmaceutical companies.
? Robust and leverage regional/global category policy and best practice to local, optimize supplier numbers and track performance.
? Negotiates and drafts contracts/agreements and Terms and Conditions supporting the commercial requirements for purchasing
? Identifies highest quality services reasonable price for the best value, and records cost savings opportunities
? Locate & Source suppliers of goods and/or services and determine supplier qualifications to do business with Sanofi.
? Executes procurement functions in accordance with Sanofi Global Purchasing Policy, as well as Supports and enforces Finance and Legal Policies including consolidating purchasing activities in common areas.
? Deep involvement with Business Units to evaluate suppliers, conduct bids, analyze alternatives and supplier selection.
? Promotes Innovation and Process Improvement for all process streams related to the Procure to Pay cycle.
? Leads cross-functional teams that include various levels of management and corporate wide business units.
? Provides direct support to regional category manager on various projects and initiatives.
? Maintain computerized or manual records for all assigned purchasing activities for review and audit purposes as governed by the Global Procurement regulations.
? Participates in interdepartmental team meetings to obtain information relevant to purchasing responsibilities and to provide feedback to internal customers.
? Continuously monitor and expedite orders for on-time delivery of purchased services, ensuring uninterrupted operations and support of nominated commodities.
? Respond to customer & supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
? Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.

Qualifications
? BS / BA in Business with more than 3-5 years MNC procurement experience, pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
? Experience in managing the category of market research, market access, healthcare economics and sales promotions services.
? Experience in commodity plan setting up, strategic procurement process and cross region/countries supplier management.
? Excellent English Written and Oral communication skills
? Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
? Proficient in any procurement systems, SAP user preferred.
? Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
? High integrity & Time Management is essential
