The Account Director’s role:
? To report directly to the GM of hdtActivation as to the day to day operation of the Account Services team
? To represent hdtActivation at internal and external meetings for all aspects of the Account Services and Media sides of the business
? Manage and being responsible for the efficiency and profitability of all agency/client relationships
? Manage the day-to-day running of the Account Service function and ensure the smooth running of all campaigns under hdtActivation’s management.
The Account Director responsibilities in detail:
General
? To report to the GM of hdtActivation on all current account information e.g. clients WIP status, campaign profitability, new business development etc.
? Provide financial control of all projects within the agency
? Planning the growth strategy for the department (resource, skill sets etc.)
Account Service
? Responsibility for client profitability and the efficient measurement and use of resource to maximise this as per your client list responsibilities
? Planning and writing digital communication strategies that meet the needs of our clients and of their customers
? Defining the clients digital marketing activity while managing the creative and social media implementation
? Locate and develop opportunities for additional business through the existing hdtMEDIA client base upon senior management request
? Manage and control resources allocated to each client (identifying any potential gaps and resource issues)
Digital / Social media Campaign Implementation
? Oversee the operation with processes and practices for client’s digital / social media campaigns
? Drive excellence within the team to deliver the best possible digital / social media and creative solutions
? Responsible for the strategic integration of new and existing digital media offering at hdtActivation into the business requirements of clients
New Business
? Responsible for driving and developing new business within the agency by working alongside the GM with the support of other hdtMEDIA disciplines
Staff Development
? Responsible for the personal development of all members of the Account Service team (setting objectives and measurable performance targets within the department)
Personal Attributes
? Positive thinking, self-motivated and result-oriented
? Organisational and managerial ability with tracked record in the delivery of results
? Excellent client facing and management skills
? A strong background in digital marketing including but limited to digital media, social media, mobile digital and 360 degree digital marketing planning and execution
? Personal and professional competence & credibility that generates trust and confidence
Requirement
? Min. 5 years of Digital Marketing agencies experience, in which at least 1 year in Account Director level
? Full knowledge of China Digital Market with track record of service excellence
? Ability to prepare decks and presentation
? Throughout understanding of digital campaign planning and execution process
? Good knowledge of social media
? Experience in handle client with multi millions digital investment
? Excellent in Mandarin and English communication
? Knowledge in social media platform
