Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager -East China is report to China Sales Director, responsible for revenue and income growth with coordination of strategies with other regional Sales Managers, including the development and implementation of sales, market strategies, and tactics that promote market growth, improve customer relations and meet sales goals. The successful candidate must have progressive experience as well as demonstrable success bringing new projects to commercialization with performed below task:
Primary Responsibilities
New Business Development/Revenue Growth
? To lead this effort, the company is looking for a strong influencer and negotiator, who is self-motivated and with a proven track record of new business development experience, Identify and develop new business development opportunities as well as cultivate and manage strategic customer relationships to drive growth and realize annual sales targets.
? Fullfill the assigned sales target, including the sales revenue and account receivable
? Build up and maintain key and target account relationships, participating in key industry trade associations, customer summits, and other functions
Primary and Secondary Market Research
? Knowledgeable in market segmentation with a focus on primary and secondary market data collection and analysis to understand and define critical end user and customer requirements to drive marketing and business development initiatives. Collect and synthesize customer insights and competitive intelligence through data mining, field observation and interviews, market research and end market knowledge.
SalesTools
? Develops channel and market specific sales tools to support new business development efforts. Manages, coordinates and integrates various marketing activities to assure project objectives are met within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
Internal Cross functional coordination
? Partner with Marketing, Technology and Operations to drive market definition and to identify and seize specific opportunities
? Well team working with the current sales team, Coordinate with other Regional Sales Managers in all global regions on OEM and Distribution program/strategies.
Report & Meeting
? Prepare the regular Report
? Attend the regular sales meeting
? Other task Manager assigned
Job Requirements
Ideal Experience
? Professional Experience and Education – Bachelor degree in business and five to eight of professional sales or related function in a business to business environment. Strong sales acumen and proven expertise in identifying opportunities for sales impact. Trusted advisor to senior leadership team
? Industrial Experience - Experience in a Business-to-Business environment with a technical and commercial background, preferably focused on industrial equipment, especially for ASU system and DHP industry different machines and manufacture process. Deep understanding for value-add selling.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
? Financial Acumen - Basic finance knowledge for revenue and margin control.
? Communication – Excellent communication skills required for this position due to cross function and extra customers, Excellent written and oral English skills will preferable
? Team Player – An aggressive, results-oriented individual who, at the same time, is the ultimate team player.
? Strategic Mindset - Ability to focus activities and decisions on opportunities that produce significant, strategic business impact.
? Executive Advisor - Uses credibility and relationships with executives to influence key decisions. Uses his/her knowledge, experience and insight to guide key decisions.
