职位描述：
1）On site monitor and quality control, to monitor and guide teammates’ communication skill, language skill as well as knowledge and behavior, conduct QA analysis to meet the coach target per requirements and summarize based on the findings and action plans

2) Close cooperate with team leaders, to improve the team quality control procedures and related process, help improving team business operation effectively;

3) Close work with each team and be responsible for the team quality improvement;

4) Based on the findings from coaching and daily operation, conducted the training plan and provide support on perfecting working process and teammates’ service quality;

5) Regularly review the coach result, provide data to teammates KPI judgment;

6) Daily coach and guide teammates to being the best.

岗位要求：
1) College degree, bachelor degree preferred;

2) Oral/written English skills;

3) Excellent internal and external communication skills. Must be quality- and detailed-oriented, yet understand the level of detail appropriate for the situation;

4) Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;

5) Ability of organization, and time management skills;

6) Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure;

7) Must be a team player willing to support and accept the total quality processes and systems;
