JOB TITLE: Equipment Maintenance
LOCATION: Ping Hu
REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager
FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: Engineering
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Familiar with TPM and lean manufacturing
? Diagnose and repair production equipment and tooling
a) Monitor & improve equipment uptime, MTTR, and MTTF.
b) Lead root cause analysis on daily issues.
c) Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
? Define Preventative Maintenance and Calibrations on assigned equipment and tooling
a) Train technicians to perform preventative maintenance
b) Monitor compliance and effectiveness.
? Use Predictive Maintenance techniques to reduce equipment downtime.
? Complete documentation for assigned processes:
a)Preventative Maintenance work instructions
b)Calibration procedures
c)Equipment troubleshooting guides
? Initiate Line Side audits and comply with company policies & procedures.
a)Safety audits.
b) Standard work audits.
c) Quality Plan and PFMEA audits.
d)TS16949 procedures.
? Lead continuous improvements to operational metrics.
? Document and implement cost improvements through CIP program
? Perform special assignments as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? College education and above, major in Mechanics or related.
? 5 year technical degree and equipment maintain in Mechanics or Electronics
? Desire to work hands on and on the production floor. Good with tools.
? Problem Solving Skills
? Good Communication Skills.
