职位描述：
I. job summary:
1. Carry out the safety, quality, production plan and efficient control according to company rules and regulations
2. Responsible for training operators
II. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)
1. management painting team , including performance measurement and training activities
2. to be responsible for the continuous improvement project and track;
3. to participate and implement TPM activity in the production
4. to keep safe operation during the shift according to EHS management;
5. monitor and implement 5S requirements within the shift; 5S daily checking
III. qualifications:
1. college degree or above, major in chemical or mechanical as a plus
2. At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing and at least 2 years in supervision experience; Solid painting technical experience as a plus
3. good working attitude and can work under pressure
4. strong problem solving skill, strong management skill
5. good communication skill, team-work spirit
6. Fluent English in writing and speaking
