职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司旗下天猫运营、包括活动策划、在线宣传推广、活动策划、品牌定位包装及日常运营; 细化推广工作：SEO, 直通车，淘宝客，各类站内活动，店内活动策划执行。
2、负责公司产品在商城的运营管理，策划网站营销活动方案，并推进执行，完成营销目标；
3、需要跟平台及品牌方沟通，资源整合最大化
4、对每个产品运营情况进行评估，提炼卖点，指导美工进行页面优化，提升消费者进店体验；提升搜索量，促进销量；；
5、负责数据分析，统计分析店铺相关数据，发掘隐含内在问题，有针对性的提出解决办法；并根据数据变化采取针对性运营措施。在店铺平台各店铺的资源整合及运营，优化运营战略、实施运营方案；
 
任职要求：
1、有至少3年以上以淘宝/天猫为平台店铺成功运营经验；3C智能类目相关工作经验优先考虑
2、精通淘宝/天猫的运营环境、淘宝/天猫制定的交易规则、淘宝/天猫的推广ROI、淘宝/天猫付费广告投放，精通淘宝网营销；
3、熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理，有淘宝/天猫相关资源优先考虑；
4、熟悉网络推广、传播方式和渠道分销，熟悉电子商务模式与流程；
5、须具有良好的沟通及协调能力、有事业心及工作热情度。
