职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-To process Sales Orders in system and coordinate the relevant database maintenance.
-To respond the calls, mails or any other communicating request timely (Internal and External).
-To coordinate with cross-function to make sure the delivery and billing timely and accurately.
-To handle the customer’s complaint effectively and properly.
-To provide feedback/proposal for continuous improvement.

Requirements/Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree or above.
-1 year customer service or supply chain related working experiences, outstanding graduate is accepted.
-Sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork.
-Good communicating skill in both writing and verbal communication.
-CET6 or above.
