职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.整理部门合同及各类文件、记录采购进度及到货时间。
2. 收集、整理及统计各种采购单据及报表。
3. 各项采购事物的传达及执行。
4. 及时整理供应商资料，包括供应商的报价及产品等各项信息汇总给部门负责人。
5. 协助部门负责人询价及把相关事项及时通知部门负责人。
6. 付款整理、审查。
7. 完成上级领导交代的各项事务。

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，一年以上工作经验
2.英语良好者优先录用
