1. Responsible for overall management of area retail business
2. Responsible for planning, organizing, addressing and managing all the activities and results of the business lines and support functions such as HR and Finance & Administration etc.

4. Prepares and is accountable for the organization’s plans and budgets
5. Directs and organizes the organization’s material, human and economic resources. Identifies and develops business opportunities
Typical Responsibility:
1. Overall responsibilities for Area Retail Operations, Finance and Administration, ICT & Logistics, Human
Resources and general administration.
2. Formulates, recommends and executes all policies related to area retail operations.
3. Manage and coordinates diverse business functions to ensure optimal achievement of company objectives.
4. Develops business plan and strategies for the area
5. Establishes short and long-term business objectives
6. Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of all operations to ensure that established objectives are met
7. Manages and maintains a balanced organization possessing the necessary flexibility, skills and structures to support short and long-term requirements
8. Acts a spokesman of the area and develops relationships with government bodies, local authorities and
the general community to promote the company’s image

Job Requirements
1. University degree holder
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in luxury industry in China
3. Strong analytical and presentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. A team player with the ability to influence, motivate and set an example to others
5. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, other languages or dialects a plus
6. Computer literate (proficient in MS Office)
7. Energetic with the flexibility to travel within China region
