Experience Requirements:
A.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
B. experienced in indirect material sourcing, price negotiation, contract creation and reivew. make cost out project and good execution.
C.Familiar with material procurement process and sensitive to industry/market information, 3 years procurement/sourcing experience.
D.Capable to collaborate with R&D, project, finance, legal, QA departments to effectively develop competitive solution to lower the cost, shorten delivery L/T, mitigate shortage risk for the demand of both new project and production.
E.Result-orientated, have tenacity to overcome obstacles and motivation to do every task perfectly.
F.Good negotiation and communication skill.
G.Skillful English writing and speaking.
H.Excellent skills of SAP/Office/Word etc.

Description of Job Duties:
A.Procurement SAP system data maintain, MRP parameter setting.
B.Support sample and quotation to new project or other R&D request.
C.Resolve supplier issues as price increase requests, quality and shipment issues in cooperation with SCM/SQA/MC.
D.Create and implement material cost savings together with SCM through hard negotiation & VAVE.
E.Supplier consolidation and elimination.
F.Develop and maintain competitive suppliers, effective communication to get on-time, qualified delivery.
G.EOL management..ECN follow up
H.Indirect material sourcing, price negotiation, contract creation and review. Cost out strategic implementation
