I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
LMS China is looking for a senior professional specialist to drive the excellence of marketing communication. The successful candidate is expected to provide marketing communication expertise and act as functional expert for marketing projects.
The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies, plans and tactics across multiple channels, to support business objectives of multiple business divisions within mainland China region.
The successful candidate, based in Beijing, will work in a fast-paced challenging environment, have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve problems promptly. He or she must work independently as well as interdependently within the team. This role provides the expertise that ensures that the integrated marketing plans are completed in a timely manner with measureable ROI & customer satisfaction.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility Measure of performance
Develop communication strategy, plan and tactics in line with business objective and budget; ? Reach overall communication objective by taking charge of/participating in projects
? Provide consultative marketing leadership to achieve business objective
Event Management and Execution ? Effectively brief and leverage vendors or contractors to reach project/event goal;
? Collaborate closely with Global Marcom, external partners and product marketing to supply powerful Marcom initiatives and tools that support short and long-term business needs.
? Oversee the creation, utilization and evaluation of marketing collaterals;
? Ensure smooth internal and external operation of marketing events and 100% compliance
Measure Marcom Effectiveness ? Understand financial and business impact of marketing activities and translate it into continuous optimization of Marcom effectiveness;
? Track MarCom expenses and activities and measure success;
Branding & Assigned Marketing Projects ? Provide brand consultancy;
? Support line manager with assigned marketing projects;
III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
? True Marcom expert with experience in and passion for the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns;
? 5+ years of hands-on experience in business-to-business marketing communications;
? Proven know-how at developing and activating integrated communications strategies, tactical projects/programs and promotional plans;
? Desirable knowledge of lead generation, sales and marketing process (funnel);
b) Education
? Bachelor degree and above, preferably in Journalism/Communication/Marketing/Advertising, or equivalent business experience.
c) Language
? Proficient in Chinese and English with very strong writing skills
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
? 40%~60%
