Job Title 职位名称:Strategy Account Manager 战略客户经理
Work location工作地点:深圳-福田
I.Main purpose of the job本职位之基本目的:
To achieve the sales assigned target by implementing sales strategies which fully satisfy the company and customer requirements whilst maintainting a high level professionalism and customer satisfaction, maintain long term relationship with customers.
II.Principal Accountabilities本职位之主要职责:
1)To ensure that the annual revenue for the portfolio are achieved through a consistent revenue performance.
2)To protect and manag the existing business in the specified accounts and through strategic account review and account attack planning, grow the business base and maintain long term partnership with customers.
3)To maximise profit share on all deals in order to ensure the correct level of profitability is attained in area of responsibility.
4)Exhibit a proactive approach in attending to customer problems and needs, and avoidance of customer dissatisfaction, to display total commitment in putting the customer first.
5)Maintain the required pipeline and relevant activity levels in order to achieve accurate forecasting so that revenue targets may be attained.
6)To co-operate with Document Solution Consultant team / Presales Support Team and Service Delivery team to ensure that the team target is achieved and to maximise customer service.
7)To maintain and develop a high level of Fuji Xerox Global Service knowledge.

1)Education / Academic Qualification 学历要求:
College graduate or above
2)Relevant Experience 相关经验:
At least 4 years sales experience, experience in IT industry or Outsourcing Business is preferred
3)Management Experience 管理经验:
No requirement
4)Skills / Competencies 技能要求:
Good communication, negotitation, presentation and analysis skills
PC literacy
5)Language Requirement 语言要求:
Good Chinese & English in oral and written communication
6)Personality / Disposition 性格方面:
