Job Title: HR Director （人力资源总监）
Job Requirements:
1、大学本科以上学历，人力资源等相关专业；35岁-45岁；
2、5年以上大型制造型企业人力资源总监经验；
3、熟悉人力资源的六大模块（人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利管理、劳动关系管理），能够独立解决比较复杂的人事管理实际问题，具有较强的计划、组织、协调能力、人际交往能力、沟通与表达能力等，能熟练使用办公软件；
4、熟悉国家法律法规，对各项劳动法规政策及办理程序非常熟悉，具有丰富的实际操作经验；
5、为人正直、作风正派，具备良好的仪表、谈吐及气质。
