【工作内容】
Overview of the Position :
- Maintain AP and GL in SAP and supervisor of accounting work; help finance controller and FD finish analysis and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Overseas AP invoice input and matched with GR in SAP (daily work) and matching with payment.
- GL adjustment for accrual expense, freight, duty and other special case.
- Management and monthly report AP, OP, POC and analysis.
- Report and analysis and non-invoice AP.
- SAP data maintain: vendor data check with other department and bank information; warranty; payment report.
- ICS inter-company reconciliation AP.
- Loan cash from bank; issue check to bank.
- E-bank; E-custom; E-foreign currency; reconciliation with bank.
- Business follow up and feedback; foreign exchange policy of government and Register for company.
- Help Financial controller make monthly closing
- Yearly auditing involves.

【工作要求】
Education & Languages :
- College degree or above
- Major in: Accounting or related

Professional Skills & Experience :
- Over 2-3 years working experience in similar position
- Experience in JV or other foreign investment company preferred
- Can speak and writing English（要求书面英语，口语能够简单沟通）
- Proficient Computer skills in MS Office and SAP software experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of tax law of PRC and accounting policy of PRC
- Knowledge of foreign exchange administration is needed.
- Study CPA or ACCA is preferred 举报 分享
