职位描述：
Maintain accurate US GAAP and local GAAP accounting ledgers
? Oversee outsourced accounting and accounts payable function and maintain proper records locally for audit and examination
? Prepare and/or review local and head office financial and regulatory reports and ensure submission in time
? Handle VAT, CIT and WHT submission and comply with relevant tax regulations
? Assist in local treasury activities including funding, regulatory placements, deposit reserve, CNY conversion
? Support business in provision of management reports, forecasts and financial analysis.
? Ensure internal controls over regulatory reporting is maintained and exercised
? Liaise with external auditors and regulators with respect to bank audit / examination
 
Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above in accounting finance or equivalent, preferably a qualified CPA with more than 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry.
? Good understanding of PRC banking practices and regulations, products and services.
? Strong technical knowledge in PRC accounting standards.
? Team oriented and good interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated and ability to work independently
? Good command of English and Mandarin both written and oral 举报 分享
