Basic Function: Brief statement indicating why the role exists and its function
China market customer relationship maintain and new customer development.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position (i.e., budget approval)
China business sales, focus on key account customer for domestic and exported market. Main job assigned as below:
1: New customer and projects development in North of China. Target is to develop at least 3 new customer/projects in 2016.
2: Market analysis including competitor, potential OEMs products, price/cost comparison and 5 year plan in responsible area.
3: Internal process tracking, starting from PR submit, kick-off meeting, price calculation, quotation preparation and contract finalization.
4: Sales summary & report preparation.
Job Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor degree of engineering;
At least 5 years’ experience of sales;
Good knowledge of commercial vehicle engines and network;
Familiar and related experience of cooperation with China bus OEMs;
Good communication skills with customer;
Good leadership to coordinate different departments;
Good English expression skill.
