职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities职责:
As a team member in new project参与新项目开发：
？ Attend new project meeting as team member;做为项目组成员，参加项目会议；
？ Participate in new project APQP；Work with customer for the special quality requirement and define the appearance standard as team member; 参与负责新产品的质量策划，与客户确认产品质量的特殊要求，参与制定零部件的外观标准；
？ Participate sample manufacturing each stage in APQP；come up with some improvement idea or recommendation; 参与各阶段样件的制造过程并提出相关的改善意见或建议；
？ Prepare prototype/OTS control plan, incoming inspection, Dimension report, etc. and update them once something changed ;整理准备试样资料，更新并保持过程控制计划、零部件进货检验及尺寸报告等；
？ Prepare First/last off inspection report, process audit report, dock audit report, cleanliness test work instruction etc.负责生产线首末件、巡检、出货及清洁度测试等检验依据的编制工作；
？ Confirm inspection method，frequency, after inspector finished inspection work, validation is necessary根据要求，确认检验方案，检验员完成检验工作后实施确认；
？ Cooperate with gage engineer take the responsibility for searching gages’ supplier, manufacturing & validating gages编制检具清单并协同检具工程师负责专用检具的供应商寻找、制作、确认；
？ Prepare PPAP document and GPMS documents for new project负责新产品PPAP文件以及GPMS文件的准备工作。
Internal quality control内部质量控制：
？ Review FTT everyday, once find them under our target, Monitor relative engineers to solve.每天关注车间的FTT及SPC控制图，一旦低于合格率目标或出现异常，及时监督组织人员进行分析解决；
？ Review SPC control chart everyday, once find them under our target, Monitor relative engineers to solve.每天关注SPC控制图，一旦出现异常情况，及时进行分析、解决；
？ Deal with DMN report in time; Take fast response on the production quality gate alarm.及时处理检验员开具的DMN报告，及时响应生产线质量门的异常处理；
？ Once find serious problems, open 8D report and monitor relative engineers to solve.对车间生产线发生的严重不合格，及时组织可疑品围堵挑选，利用8D等质量工具分析解决问题开具8D报告并监督相关人员进行处理；
？ Attend Fast response meeting everyday, confirm relative problems have been solved.参与每天的快速反应，并确认相关问题的解决；
？ Audit equipment manufacturing capability as stated period, adjust Control plan as CPK value.审核设备加工能力，按Cpk值调整控制计划；
？ Monitor first/last off inspection, process audit and other inspection implementing status, once find some problems, implement corrective action.监控首末件、巡检等检验活动的执行情况；
？ Join the regular FMEA review meeting and follow up on the corrective action and update related documents if need. 参与定期的FMEA review会议，跟踪相关纠正措施的执行情况，更新必要的相关文件
Deal with customers’ complaint客户抱怨处理:

？ Establish customers’ complaint log, and update it;建立及时更新客户抱怨处理台帐，并及时更新；
？ Once customers’ complaint occurred, open 8D and organize relative engineers to solve.对客户抱怨的问题，及时组织围堵挑选，开具8D组织相关人员进行分析解决；
？ Once product/process change, inform customers in time, and organize & submit relative document to customers for approval as our Quality Management System requirement.一旦生产过程变更，及时通知客户，得到客户允许后，准备相关的PPAP文件提交客户批准；
？ Solve quality problems on customers’ site if need, and make corrective plan.必要时到客户现场解决质量问题，并制定相应的纠正措施预防。

Qualifications任职资格:
？ College degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 工业或机械工程学专科以上学历；
？ Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance 至少3年品保工作经验；
？ Basic knowledge of P.C.’s and relevant software packages 熟练使用电脑办公软件；
？ Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通能力和处理人际关系能力；
？ Familiar with APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA requirements 熟悉APQP 等五大手册要求；
？ Familiar with TS16949 requirements, Know GD&T熟悉TS16949，懂GD&T。 举报 分享
