Key objectives
Establish and lead the Telesales call center in Tianjin
Sells products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing sales action plans.
Keep good communication and cooperation with internal and external department
Drive performance management of the Telesales in Tianjin
Drives quality of customer experience delivered via Telesales teams
Duties and responsibilities
Monitors and evaluates productivity and performance drivers and sales performance of sales representatives
Design and deliver tools to support partners managing performance of their sales representatives.
Plan and deliver initiatives to raise productivity
Ensures quality of sales and care process delivered to customers via Telesales
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
University degree or above
At least 3 years experiences in management, or 5 years experiences in Call Center management, preferably in finance industry
Required skills:
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
Excellent comprehension and execution, able to comprehend product policy and project requirement quickly, control the quality strictly
Good communication skills, customer service consciousness and awareness of risk control, be able to handle the customer complaints properly, maintain good communication and cooperation with other departments
Strong responsibility and enterprise, work carefully and seriously, be able to work under pressure, motivate oneself and bring positive effect for the team
Excellent data analysis ability, thinking rigorous, be able to find the problem and put forward the corresponding solutions quickly
Excellent call center site management, shifts management, process management, team management abilities, design telemarketing FAQ, redact and update knowledge base
Be able to use English as working language
