职位描述：
Job Summary:
· A procurement expert translating business into supply management solutions.
· Works with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop and co-ordinate key procurement strategies with the BoM Materials & Services.
· Accountable for material and services costs, long term assurance of supply, supplier performance and selection, and supply management information/data management, providing support and guidance to relevant procurement peers, building of supply market intelligence to support business and or market decisions.

Responsibilities:
1. Manages assigned portfolio of suppliers(Electronics & SW);
2. Develop procurement strategies for sourcing portfolio;
3. Maintain and implement commodity strategies;
4. Drive preferred supplier selection for sourcing portfolio;
5. Ongoing supplier evaluation and management;
6. Lead contract and price negotiations for sourcing portfolio;
7. Program management for cost reductions, new product introduction and SC modeling;
8. Responsible for implementation of contracts, working instructions and guidelines for users on how to deploy contracts;
9. Lead the tender generation and review process;
10. Lead continuous improvement of processes and technologies that support product / component decisions;
11. Formulates elements of a specific portfolio policy;
12. Works closely with the Procurement Engineers (in BOM).
13. He (she) will be part of the regional commodity team managing contract manufacturers or EMS suppliers to perform to excel.

Hiring Criteria:
1. Education: College degree and above, major in business or engineering discipline, Major in electrical engineering is preferred.
2. Experience:
a) More than 8yrs work experience, at least 5yrs’ solid work experience in procurement/sourcing/supplier management related functions in Multinational Company.
b) Experience at Global EMS companies or procurement experience in F500 OEM companies and working with EMS/CMS suppliers is a plus.
3. Competencies and Skills:
a) Good analytical skills.
b) Good project management and organizational skills.
