? Collect, formulate, review and validate User Needs with customers and generate requirement specifications compliant with our quality management system.
? Help consolidate these in User Needs fit for formative and summative validation and Product Requirements
? Conduct clinical feasibility studies and early investigations of new products or product features including usability engineering and Human Factor Engineering to take customer feedback into product development
? Perform clinical evaluation and investigations: Set up and coordinate tests (in-house and in the field with field applications and customers), submit clinical evaluation reports; propose handling of left-over problems, including leading the clinical trials that might be required for CFDA/US FDA etc.,
? Perform clinical verification and validation: Set up and coordinate tests (in-house and in the field with field applications and customers), submit clinical evaluation reports; propose handling of left-over problems.
? Support the R&D departments during the PRP (Product Realization Process) with user insights.
? Develop new MR user - exam/- protocols, including set up and post-processing.
? Co-ordinate and conduct application workouts during a New Product Introduction (NPI)
? Provide input for and review user - documentation (Instructions for Use, Applications Guide)/- training material (Field Application Specialists and customer education training materials), including coordinating with global team for on time translations
? Provide input for creation of proof-points and support clinical post market studies for Downstream Marketing materials, including images for brochures, customer power points, conferences and congresses
? Lead and support Post Market Introduction of products including handling customer feedback, complaints, escalation and hot sites management.
? Acts as a peerto local key-customersandkey-userstostay on top of clinical developments andtrends.
?Support to product launches and field training
?Collaborate with R&D (Clinical Science, Methods) teams for developing new clinical applications relevant to target customer segments
?Collaborate with global sites (BEST, Bangalore etc.,)
