A48-Assistant Manager After Sales Business Development (local foreigner)
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for preparation & follow up of After Sales LRP Targets, between PAG and PGCN.
2.Target Management: Constant monitoring and analysis of Porsche China and Porsche Network business performance, proposal of corrective measures, if appropriate.
3.Constant monitoring of Dealer profitability and proposal of corrective measures.
4.Supporting After Sales Regional Management, by maintaining regular contact and feedback to First Line Management at Dealer Network, in order to optimize Dealer performance and planning accuracy of Parts business.
5.Support Business Development Department with Capacity Calculation scenarios for future Marketing Development.
6.Support GIM Team at PAG and Parts Department at PCN, with Parts & Stock planning, market monitoring, reporting and performance optimization.
7.Form, develop and maintain link between PCN After Sales and AS Regional Managers and Regional Offices.
8.Constant monitoring and analysis of the competitor AS market in China.
9.Managing Planning and Reporting Specialist, Market Development Specialist and Regional Office Coordinator functions within AS Market Development.
10.Other tasks appropriate to the After Sales business.
Requirements:
1.Master Degree in Business Administration
2.Minimum 5 years automotive experience
3.Knowledge of the Automotive Retail Busniess
4.Profound in AS KPI and business analysis
5.Understanding of Porsche coporate philosophy, image and identity
6.Excellent IT-Knowledge
7.English is a must (written and spoken)
