职位描述：
Main Responsibilites:
- Preparation and on-site support of new market openings: market research, concept development, design and implementation of processes, training and coaching of local management team etc.
- Research and evaluation of general economic data, market trends, competitive environment etc.
- Support existing Thermomix organizations in analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Strategic projects of the Division Thermomix: development of best practice processes, evaluation of new business opportunities, modeling and assessment of innovative business models

Requirements:
- University degree (ideally in Business Administration)
- Strong analytical skills and creativity
- Entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and oral). Mandarin is a plus
- Willingness and ability to work in teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to and work in different cultures
- Extensive knowledge and experience from Asian cultures
- Willingness to travel (in China and Asia) and to stay/live for a certain periods in foreign countries (particularly in Korea).
- Experienced in international business environment
- Project management experience
- Interest in food and cooking
- Direct selling and/or Thermomix experience is a plus 举报 分享
