职位描述
1. Monitoring the invoicing status for all the electronics tonnage deals across China by working
closely with Merchant team and Billing team;
a. Review the invoicing before issued to the customers - need a process by being aligned with the billing team on how to access the invoicing;
b. Coordinate with merchant team on the invoicing for merchant portion revenue;
c. Take the calls from the customers for clarification;
d. Make customer phone calls to monitor in advance the A/R status in a preventive way;
e. Customer visits will be necessary with the relevant account manager to improve the communication on the accounts;
f. Prepare monthly sales report.
2. Support new project license and permits application status by working with the identified GR/GEO/EPO/GO representative. Also provide support in the documentation preparation for license and permits application;
3. Track contract price escalation and terms
4. Prepare price escalation and provide instruction to US Tonnage accounting team to update the invoice. Support account manager to communicate with the customer on escalation terms;
5. Manage database and documentations, including customer and competitor information, Proposals, Customer Contracts;
6. Assisting commercial team to prepare commercial proposals and bidding documents.
7. Communicate with US billing team and assistant business manager on contract setup in SAP system. Following SAP requirements for tonnage business compliance;
8. With the guideline of the business manager, supporting the new entity set up and the relevant workload; supporting on VAT refund and duty exemption document preparation if required.
9. Coordinating with Accounting, Legal, Distribution, Project, EPO/GO organization on administrative issues when necessary;
10. Meeting scheduling;
11. Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Superior to support the commercial team / sales personnel in the Electronics Onsite and Pipeline Sales;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
? 1-5 years' experience in an sales assistant or contract administrator role
? Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Engineering or related area
? Basic typing skills in both Chinese and English
? Written and verbal fluency in English
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
? Strong communication skills
? Able to work independently
