JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience leading projects and coaching and developing resources; supervisory experience valued
- Certified Sigma Black Belt and Lean Black Belt or become certified through training
- Project management skills including oversight of project team, resource identification, budgets, scheduling and planning
- Possess strong influencing, coaching, communication and facilitative skills
- Ability to bring teams together to achieve targets and goals
- Ability to diagnose and affect cultural change in moderate to difficult circumstances

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Take assignments from PST and Functional Leadership, CI Leadership, Action Teams, MBB and/or coach and plan/prepare them for CI application / project execution.
- Execute CI projects (expected 3 to 5 per year) and complete Lessons Learned
- Communicate the CI event/project results to the organization hosting the project
- Achieve targeted business results from tool deployment
- Assist CI Managers, MBBs and CI Action Teams on the use of DMAIC methodology and Sigma/Lean tool sets to accomplish business improvements.
- Assist with summarizing and reporting business results achieved from specific CI events / projects into Improvement Reporting.

Types of Degrees:
- Bachelors degree in engineering with LSS certification
