职位描述：
岗位描述
1、负责项目日常运作及人员合理安排，确保项目安全、高效运行。
2、作为客户、工程师及其它部门的交互界面，平衡各功能部门的需求及客户要求，确保及时提供优质服务。
3、确保项目各部门整体运作符合及超越客户期望，贯彻公司标准程序及安全作业标准规范。.
4、审核维护计划、员工培训、交接验收、操作流程、部门规章、工程控制、客户沟通，确保各项计划有效实施。
5、熟悉数据中心电气，暖通，消防，弱电等系统，了解数据中心IT设备设施运维。
6、负责项目的各项预算，收入及成本的管理优化，合同签订等工作。
7、建设和管理IDC运维团队，提升团队能力建设及后续人才培养。

任职要求
1、动力供电，工业电气自动化，动力或相关理工科专业本科以上学历
2、至少8年以上项目管理经验，3年以上数据中心管理工作经验（熟悉IDC配电系统、制冷与空调系统、监控系统等运行操作与运维流程）
3、熟练掌握常用办公软件
4、良好的沟通技巧及团队管理能力
