Requirements & Responsibilities:
1. Inter- company reconciliation
- Interco sales reconciliation- coordinate with logistics, customer service and intercompany finance department to ensure intercompany sales volume and amount is reconciled
- Non production intercompany recharge share point management- act as admin of ICO portal, review recharge report to ensure recharges are processed smoothly
2. Monthly group reporting submission
- Group reporting on time submission- load actual data and finish group reporting package (including balance sheet movement and memo accounts disclosure) in HFM
- Statutory reporting and management reporting reconciliation- review FIRE report for management reporting, fully understand FIRE transformation and ensure all material transformation issues are resolved so that ICE data is correct
3. General ledger
- Account and cost center maintenance in JDE- add, inactivate or change accounts or cost centers per required in our accounting system to ensure JDE setup in line with global standard chart of accounts;
- Manual journal entry review- review and post manual journal entries booked by team members, resolve any discrepancy or irregularity;
- Fixed cost accrual booking- book fixed cost general accrual in JDE based on latest forecast number, and answer queries from functional departments regarding fixed cost actual spending;
4. Statutory reporting and compliance
- Monthly PRC report preparation- prepare PRC report for monthly tax declaration and statistical bureau data submission;
- Annual audit coordination- work with accounting manager to prepare PBC for annual audit and coordinate audit process;
- Other statutory compliance matter- work with accounting manager to provide data and meet statutory compliance requirements, such as business registration annual inspection, foreign exchange annual audit, annual verification by customs etc.
