职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Responsible for CO month end closing, including validating FI bookings, reviewing monthly trial balance and finalize CO settlement in SAP (fully reconcile FI & CO) in timely manner
2. Ensure all weekly and monthly Reports requested by management to be prepared within deadline (including weekly KPIs, weekly merchandise report, monthly reporting package, monthly KPI report, store productivity analysis and fixed costs report etc.)3. Analyze monthly performance of all channels of business (Retail, Online retailing & wholesale), highlight and investigate significant issues / concerns, analyze variance between actual figures vs. plan, and make recommendations/implement corrective measures to top management
4. Assist in developing analytical reports on request and other tools to support the achievement of business objectives
5. Actively involved in annual budget and three forecasts in a year, including sales & margin, store & back office fixed costs, inventory, CAPEX, balance sheet and cash-flow statement etc.
6. Responsible for web-based BIS planning & SAP overhead costs planning
7. Assist in projects evaluation
8. Regular control and monitor business status, assist in the implantation of internal control procedure in commercial activities
9. Spending validation of store planning, VM & IT projects and make sure all spending can be justified and reasonable
10. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements for suitable candidates:
1. University degree, preferably in accounting, finance & economics
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial analysis in retail industry
3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (especially Microsoft Excel, building complex formulas and databases) and familiar with SAP
4. Able to work under pressure and on a flexible schedule
