职位描述：
Main Purpose of Job:
To manage various kinds of contracts of MPS effectively, control the legal risk of contracts, provide constructive legal advice to the commercial departments respectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and implement the related working procedures of the sales contracts management.
2. Communicate effectively with the Sales / Technical Service Department on the sales contracts management related issues.
3. Be responsible for reviewing and proposing amendments for the various kinds of contracts especially the business contracts with doubts, as well as supervising the countersigning and filing timely for the contracts.
4. Draw up company technical, economic and service contracts, review the conscientiousness and legitimacy of the contracts and agreements of company.
5. Establish the contract management process, check the performance of the contracts and the handle treatment of dispute.
6. Communicate and coordinate with outside counsels, Sales, Technical Service, Finance and Credit Management Departments on related legal issues and works.
7. Establish the contract management database, record the contract status and file the revised and final signed version.
8. Review contracts and revise the clauses to ensure the contracts comply with the related laws, company regulations as well as approved by the authorized person.
9. Maintain all kinds of company legal records and documents, assist in the information input and maintenance in JDE database.
10. Complete other task assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge and Experience Required
1. Bachelor degree or above education background, major in Law.
2. 5 years above related working experience in MNC.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Familiar with the MS Office. 举报 分享
