职位描述
1. Position Profile
- Checking and drafting contracts and legal documents
- Contract negotiation on both business terms and legal terms with third parties
- Providing legal risk/possibility analysis to the internal clients
- Dispute resolution handling
- Confirming the business operation is in compliance with relevant internal rules and laws/regulations of China
- Managing the dispute/litigation issues
2. Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree in law
- Over 4 years' working experience with law in multinational companies as an in-house legal counsel or in law firm
- Ability to draft contracts and legal documents in both Chinese and English languages
- Strong language skills in English
- Lawyer certificate or equivalent experiences
- Experiences and abilities to handle litigation and dispute
