职位描述
? Responsible for overall delivery of IT infrastructure services which include Application Hosting, LAN / WAN, Voice, Desktop, Helpdesk, Security and Executive Support in East China region (Shanghai, Suzhou, Nanjing, etc...)
? Maintain a highly motivated team in East China who are capable of introducing and implementing allgoals and objectives
? Provide leadership to East China team in technical and administrative area
? Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other IT and business organizations
? Conduct regular communication and review with key customers
? Drive customer satisfaction improvement to develop a best-in-class service and support model
? Support implementation of various projects, standards and policies implementation
? Develop and maintain the framework, tools and other resources to support operations
? Insure and sustain the consistent execution of defined processes
? Initiate process improvement program to increase efficiency of operations and lead the implementation
? Ensure that Infrastructure systems operate effectively and to maintain security of the infrastructure systems and the information that they hold in accordance with the Corporate Internal Control Standards and Policy
? Review the systems performance and to plan and maintain all hardware and software in conjunction with the Standards
? Provide IT hardware and software product life cycle management in accordance to standards
? Provide input for IT budget and be responsible for meeting all financial budget and goals
? Conduct IT supplier negotiations, performance management and review to ensure delivery meets expectation
