职位描述
Scheduling & Planning
? Make & Monitor the execution of Production Plan on a daily basis with Master Scheduler & Production Supervisor and communicate in a timely manner any changes that will impact on other functions.
? Functioned as key coordinator between production and warehouse to make sure the smooth operation
? Prepare & Analyze daily MPS/PTS performance and make the tracking report
? Liaise with cross function, master scheduler, procurement, QA, Production and Customer Services as appropriate
? Support weekly schedule to ensure short-term manufacturing needs are agreed and monitored on a daily basis on formal MPS meeting
? Work with production supervisor to optimize production sequence to maximize and make full use of capacity
? Prepare capacity planning process to make sure that demonstrated capacity and review critical work center on a regular basis
? Review and Update capacity & productivity parameter in system to ensure a successful capacity planning
? Evaluate capacity ensure that potential bottlenecks are identified and necessary action is taken
? Play an active role in the SAP APO/PP module Application
? Take the leadership in recipe parameter review to support SAP APO/PP & Capacity Planning
Process Optimization
? Own WOC & Inventory Value metrics for SH site
? Prepare local reporting and support Audit
? Create and maintain appropriate records to effectively track key business indicators for the areas of responsibility
? Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer complaint/concerns in a timely manner and ensuring corrective actions are followed up and communicated.
? Improve operating efficiency, plant utilization and packaging rationalization by reducing areas of material wastage and/or line inefficiency.
? Participate in development of productivity enhancements for the operations and warehouse areas.
Inventory Planning
? Responsible for finished goods as well as the corresponding ingredients inventory policy to make sure that long term and short term plan are align with the inventory policy
? Review and Update planning parameter for all finished goods to reach WOC target
New Product Launch
? Support the production of New Product
