职位描述
Responsibility:
?Provides a broad range of HR partnership in support of business objectives to include
? Develop, review, update and implement talent management (assessment, acquisition, training, development and redeployment).
? Lead in organization effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design)
? Lead and manage employee engagement (communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement).
? Develop, review, update and implement HR strategy, policies and processes; and proactive development and coaching of leaders.
? Develop and establish objectives for the Human Resources function.
? Manage Compensation and Benefits program to attract and retain employees that bring value and contribute towards the success of the company.
? Develop HR plans that are consistent with the growth of the business at China. This plan should include the future needs of the company, identification, planning and the management of resources, identify key success factors, and recommend organizational structure, management systems and control.
Qualifications:
? Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activities.
? Ability to create and maintain a Positive Employee Relations environment throughout complex and changing situations.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and English).
? Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking.
? Strong desire to improve our service, products and processes.
? Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
? Demonstrated capability in organizing and managing projects.
? Proven ability to influence others to drive organizational change.
? Effective listening skills, with flexibility in approach to solutions.
? Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
? Skillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win-win solutions/outcomes.
? Capable of managing multiple demands and priorities simultaneously.
? Knowledge of and experience with HR functions, programs and practices.
? Solid experience in coaching, interviewing and selection, performance management and training.
? Must have strong bias for action and ability to manage to deadlines.
? Demonstrated capability to communicate and work effectively at all levels of the organization, inspiring respect and credibility.
