职位描述
Responsibility:
与业务部门紧密沟通及合作，提供全方位的HR服务和建议来支持业务部门的目标达成。包括但不限于：
-根据业务发展需求，制定headcount planning 及 recruitment planning，对业务部门组织架构和人员安排提出建议
-积极招募、发展和保留员工，协助相关业务负责人建立和维护积极的员工关系和工作氛围，以支持部门达到经营目标。
-负责员工工作表现评估及员工各项指标的考核，从绩效考核角度推动建立“争创一流，拒绝平庸”的企业文化。
Qualification:
1. 本科以上学历。
2. 具有跨国公司工作背景，有互联网或电商工作经验更佳。
3. 至少3年以上HRBP 相关工作经验，有IT职能相关的HRBP经验更佳。
4. 个人工作风格积极主动，且职业成熟度高，抗压能力强。
5. 展现应对快速变化和在不确定环境中工作的能力，适应变化并拥抱变革
6. 具有较强的沟通能力，能与相关业务负责人进行有效沟通。具有较强影响力，有效影响相关业务负责人关于团队内部人力资源相关的决策。
