职位描述
Direct responsibility for leveraging annual direct material spend across SBGs and accountability for delivery of annual savings targets
? In conjunction with SBG sourcing leaders and category managers, develop comprehensive cross SBG category strategies that leverage best practices, consistent communication, and a common supply base across SBGs
? Deliver business results including productivity, working capital improvement, supplier performance, and continuity of supply
? Facilitate strong cross SBG collaboration across all electronics categories
? In collaboration with SBGs, provide "one Honeywell voice" to the supply base for major cross SBG suppliers, including cross SBG supplier business reviews
? Implement contract excellence across all major categories
? Develop and publish key market intelligence including lead times, capacity, industry trends, benchmarks, etc, to SBG sourcing leaders and category managers
? Develop and provide intelligence on developing regions and countries
? Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships and service levels to support business requirements
? Ensure global policy compliance
Basic Qualifications
? University degree required, preferably in Supply Chain/Procurement or related business field.
? Minimum 10 years experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement
? Minimum 5 years leadership experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement including strong managerial and leadership skills to work across all functions and levels of an organization; ability to lead change; effectively build high performing teams and model high performance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
? MBA/Masters Degree preferred
? CPM certification
? Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills including listening skills and the ability to facilitate team action.
? Execution skills including persistent drive for results utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills.
? Strategic thinking skills including an ability to make sound business judgments related to strategic supply philosophies and initiatives.
? Technical skills including strong negotiation skills; excellent knowledge of operations management and supply chain processes in a large organization; and knowledge of effective technology driven-sourcing processes.
? Previous leadership experience in a matrix environment.
? Experience in managing diverse cultures in a global business.
