和生产技术以及生产部门一起安排每天以及每周的保养计划
为模具维修工单独分配工作
管理/领导模具维修工
管控工作质量以及生产率
为模具维修工提供培训
对于特殊的复杂模具以及工作制作作业指导书，对生产技术的模具工程师以及模具供应商提供支持
对于不能在公司内部维修的模具与外部模具供应商协调工作
保存所有模具维修相关的文件和记录
完成注塑模具的预防和停机保养
与生产技术的模具工程师一起定义备品以及备品的在库量

要求:
大专以上学历，模具、机械及相关专业.
基本的英语书面及口语运用能力.
8年以上相关模具工作经验，汽车照明相关工作经验者优先.
独立解决问题的能力, 良好的沟通技巧及合作精神.
