Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support for supplier evaluation within the supplier selection process with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies.
- Steering and monitoring of QMT part for new vehicle projects according to agreed Quality Processes and requirements
- Coach to lead and organize a Launch team (coordinate the Logistic-, Purchasing and QMT activities), puts counter measurements in place and verify the in time implementation.
- Support to buy off of parts, tooling and checking devices at the supplier location during the build phases.
- Enable QMT part preparation and release of Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure (PPAP)
- Coach and support for Product and Process Audits at suppliers, Supplier Requalification’s.
- Enable Brilliance SQA for problem solving responsibility in the PMP process for topics related to supplier production processes.
- Coach for cross functional issues also relating to other technical areas and lead the problem solving

 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-years automotive experience preferably in Supplier Quality Departments.
- Experience in a technical field relate to SQE Specialist Chassis Brake& Suspensions system at automotive OEM or supplier in Project phase before SOP and series production
- Well-founded knowledge of industrial production processes, sound knowledge of process engineering and Process Development & Series Production.
- Well Known of ISO/TS164949 quality system, and master 5 quality tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
- Good command of written and spoken English
- High flexibility and mobility, high stress tolerance. Willing to Travel.
