职位描述：
THE DEPARTMENT
The department is responsible for the Operations and Basis part of the all the SAP applications used throughout the entire Grundfos Group (ERP, CRM, SRM, SCM, GTS, …). The position is an opening due to one of the team members having decided to move on. The individual holding this position will work as part of the Group team for SAP Basis and in close cooperation with the IS Solutions Division as well as the Operational partner of Grundfos Information Services. The SAP Basis team consists of nine employees and are located in Bjerringbro (4) and in Shanghai (5). The team is responsible for incident handling, the daily operations and optimization of the SAP Installation. A part of the time will be used for project related work. The individual holding this position will be primary responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CRM solution, hence in-depth knowledge of the related middleware is important.
The individual holding this position will be given a role as back-up based on experience on other applications.
The individual holding this position will on a rotation base be responsible for handling and dispatching incoming incidents. This position will be based in Shanghai and have reference to the Delivery Area Manager for IS ERP Operations based in Bjerringbro.
The individual will be expected to have a high degree of self motivation, drive and ability to make own decisions.

JOB CONTENTS
As System Engineer Specialist You will have the primary Basis responsibility for the operations and optimisation of the CRM solution. The individual will together with application consultants, sourcing partner, developers and other infrastructure areas be responsible for performance and high availability. Incident handling for all environment/systems will be part of the job.

REQUIREMENT
? CRM SAP Basis knowledge incl middleware part.
 5-10 years experience working in an IT Operations department, with the associated understanding of significance of availability and performance.
Experience in working within a global environment.
