JOB SUMMARY:
Act as team member to support Business as partner for aggressive business growing by providing insightful analysis and change management support to greatly improve sales team work efficiency
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES:
Supporting annual hospital segmentation project for sales team target selection
Supporting annual customer segmentation project for sales team target selection
Supporting sales force customer management improvement to improve sales team efficiency
Supporting annual sales force sizing & structure designing project to optimize customer coverage
Supporting annual sales target setting analysis to maximize sales opportunity catching
Supporting monthly sales team performance evaluation analysis to find improvement area on time
Supporting monthly sales team promotional activities analysis to find best investment practice
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above.
Excellent analytic skills including Excel, Access, PPT, SPSS, mathematic model building
High business acumen and insightful understanding in business operation, effectiveness and development
Effective interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
