Responsibilities

-Deliver periodic high quality business reports to management team with sound insights of productivity report/sales forecast by category, item, region and customer.
完成周/月/年度公司内部分析报告及客户报告。

-Assist Operation Director to deliver business and managerial analysis reports.
协助运营总监完成各类分析报表。

- Provide business analytical support to initiatives and projects managed by the department.
根据业务要求及部门需要提供各类分析支持。

-Calculate/Check sales commission & service bonus for every region.
计算,核对,检查各分公司销售及服务佣金/奖金

-Assist Operation Director to set up and optimize the SOP under the premise of fully understanding of business.
协助营运总监制定操作流程

-Maintain effective communication with all regions in China, convey policies of Head-Quarters (HQ) to regional offices and assist to complete all the application processes generated from regions
与各分公司保持良好的沟通，传达总部的新要求和新措施，协助分公司完成在总部的各项审批流程；

Requirements
- Expert in Excel(especial on formula such as "IF","Count if, "vlookup" and ect.)&PPT
熟练运用Excel 包括函数运用。
-2 year working experience in data analysis
2年以上数据处理/分析工作经验
-Accurate analysis skills
精准的分析能力
-Associate degree or above, major in Finance and Economic is a plus.
大专以上学历，财务管理/经济等专业优先
-Ability to communicate effectively, throughout all levels of the organization.
